Is Acton the Right Fit for Your Family?

Choosing the right learning environment is an important decision.

Our application process is designed to help both your family and our community determine if Acton Academy Amarillo is the right fit.

For our Spark and Elementary, Here is what the journey looks like:

01

Attend an Info Night

Learn how Acton is different from traditional school, understand our learner-driven model our core values, ask questions and meet our team.

This step helps families decide if Acton aligns with their values and goals.

02

Interest Form

This includes contact information, previous school history, and a short questionnaire to explore why your family is interested in Acton.

This step helps us gather information to determine if we can serve your family and learner well.

03

Hero Shadow Day

Learners entering 2nd or 3rd grade participate in up to 3 Shadow Days in the studio.

This step helps both the learner and the Guide determine if the environment is a strong fit.

04

Reserve Your Spot

If both your family and our team feel Acton is a great match, you will be invited to complete the formal application.

To reserve your Hero’s place, families will submit the completed application, sign enrollment documents, and pay the first month’s deposit.

Our goal is not simply enrollment — it is finding the right partnership between your family and our learning community.

When the fit is right, something powerful happens:
Children grow in
independence, confidence, character, and purpose.

If you feel called to this journey, we would love to meet you at an upcoming Information Night.

How Much Could Your Child Achieve with the Right Education?

Your child’s future is too important to trust their lives to a 150-year-old, outdated educational system and hope for the best. With Acton Academy Amarillo, you can feel confident that you’re providing your child with the environment, resources, and skills necessary to become a world-changer and live the best life possible.
